Program Cost: $1995. Fees are payable 50% at first Medical visit, the balance at the second Medical visit. 5% discount for full payment up front, and an additional 5% discount for bringing/referring a friend or family member.

**Existing patients of Dr. Blum’s can deduct $100 and schedule all medical visits as 1 hour follow up appointments. New patients must schedule initial consult as 2 hour visit, and first follow up as 1 ½ hours.
